This application offers a comprehensive reference for the Colregs, covering steering and sailing regulations essential for all maritime vessels, whether sail or power-driven.

Designed to serve both novice students in maritime training curricula and experienced seafarers seeking to reinforce their knowledge of mandatory regulations, this tool incorporates references to relevant international standards, including IMO regulations (Colregs 72), IALA, and STCW guidelines within its content.

With a collection of 101 meticulously curated flashcards, the app facilitates effective and progressive learning, review, and mastery of collision prevention rules and navigational guidelines.

The interface is organized into five key sections:

<li>Buoyage</li>
<li>Visual signals</li>
<li>Lights and shapes</li>
<li>Sound and light signals</li>
<li>Steering and sailing rules</li>
</ul>

Users can choose from three revision modes:
<ol>
<li>Revision mode: sequential review of all cards</li>
<li>Quiz mode: interactive question-and-answer sessions for active learning</li>
<li>Challenge mode: testing recall by focusing on flagged or incorrect responses from previous quizzes</li>
</ol>

Throughout the review process, steering and sailing rules are accessible at any time, ensuring continuous reference. A statistics feature enables users to track their progress and performance across various tests.

The application operates offline once downloaded, supporting both English and French languages.
